Payment accepted is personal check, bank check, money order, Paypal. Personal checks take 7 days to clear, it must be clear before we ship. Money order payments get shipped immediately.

Orders from outside the US can be paid with international postal money orders or checks in US dollars written on a US bank. Wire transfers may be used if you are willing to pay whatever bank fees accrue. Western Union and Paypal are recommended services.

Please include your name, shipping address and a phone number. Please always include a description of the item, number of the item, purchase price and your mailing address. We will contact you with shipping and handling costs.

We want our customers to be satisfied. If anything is not what you wanted, please repack it carefully and return it insured within 5 days of receipt. The purchase price of the item will be refunded. The customer pays the shipping fees. Returns from outside the US are difficult to process through Customs, so you need to be absolutely certain that you will be happy with your textile choice.

For textile shipments we use the United States Post Office's Priority Mail whenever possible, as we have found that service excellent and the least expensive. Delivery normally requires two to three days. For overseas shipments, we use the US Post Office's Global Express Mail (EMS). All shipments are insured. Book orders are sent to US addresses using the USPS Book Rate, unless faster delivery is required.
